What a great list of winners. Funny, I was working my way through Castronovo’s bars while reading these results! Castronovo’s 63% dark milk Sierra Nevada chocolate certainly deserves it! It was milkier and sweeter than many of the other dark-milks that I have tried in the same % range. And their 72% Sierra Nevada – bitter and fruity – I love it!
Now…onto the rest of those European bars that I can’t get my hands on in Canada….!
